Delivery destinations
This store is configured to deliver to Portugal, Spain, Italy and Germany, subject to the address and delivery options accepted at checkout. Product availability, delivery options and any restrictions are shown before the order is placed.
Shipping options and prices
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery costs €14.20 where that option is available for the delivery address. Prices are in euros; the delivery charge and final total are shown before you confirm the order. Selecting express delivery does not remove the time needed to process the order.
Processing and estimated delivery
The applicable delivery estimate is the one shown for your order before purchase or communicated in the order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Timing may vary with the delivery address, order processing and carrier availability. Unless a different delivery date has been agreed, applicable consumer delivery deadlines remain in force. If an order cannot be delivered as agreed, contact us for assistance and the remedies provided by law.
Dispatch, tracking and delivery problems
When tracking is available, dispatch information is sent to the email provided for the order. Check your address before ordering and contact us promptly about mistakes, missing deliveries or damage. The risk of loss normally remains with us until you or your designated recipient receives the goods, subject to any lawful exception for a carrier independently chosen by you. A carrier delay does not remove our obligations as seller.
