Statutory EU right of withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. Notify us of your decision using an unequivocal statement, by email or post to the contact details below. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. Sending the withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Returning goods after withdrawal

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Contact us for the appropriate return instructions and address; obtaining instructions does not remove or delay your right to notify withdrawal. You bear the direct return cost for a change of mind unless we agree to cover it. We cover the appropriate remedy for goods that are defective, wrong or damaged as required by law. Do not incur an unagreed return cost for a faulty item before contacting us.

Statutory refund

We reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. An optional express-delivery surcharge does not have to be reimbursed under statutory withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent back, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
